Role Overview

Shira Saudi is seeking a Specification Engineer Landscape Architect to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for preparing and overseeing the technical specifications and documentation for landscape projects, ensuring compliance with established standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed landscape specifications, technical documentation, and material submittals in line with project requirements, local regulations, and international standards.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that landscape plans, green roofing, irrigation systems, and hardscape/softscape elements are correctly specified and implemented.
• Review drawings for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct product presentations to consultants and developers.
• Follow up with site visits to verify compliance with specifications.
• Resolve technical issues that arise during project execution.
• Collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to maintain quality, timelines, and sustainability objectives across landscape projects.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Specification Engineer Landscape Architect role should have 0-1 years of relevant experience. A foundational understanding of landscape architecture principles and specification processes is beneficial for this position.
