SR.ENGINEER TECHNICAL AND DETAILING FINISHING

About the Role

Alfanar Projects is seeking a SR. ENGINEER, TECHNICAL AND DETAILING FINISHING to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves supervising project construction, planning, and site contractors to ensure work is completed to satisfactory standards. The Senior Engineer will oversee architectural, hardscape, and softscape elements, focusing on client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely submission and follow-up for consultant approvals on materials, samples, mock-ups, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate between architectural finishes, MEP services, and subcontractors to facilitate proper execution of finishing works.
• Review shop drawings and details of finishes, coordinating drawings produced by different subcontractors to achieve fully coordinated, executable shop drawings.
• Study interaction details between various trades, raise RFIs for discrepancies, and propose solutions to expedite consultant approvals.
• Manage the productivity of architectural works to align with the project schedule set by the general contractor.
• Develop site logistics plans, including mobilization and demobilization strategies.
• Identify potential project risks and formulate contingency plans to mitigate negative impacts.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the construction process.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, focusing on site supervision and coordination within construction projects.
