Role Overview

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking a Stage Gate Assurance & Monitoring Senior Manager - City Asset Management to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role supports the Asset Management Governance & Assurance Director and is central to coordinating asset management assurance across various project stages. The manager ensures that Asset Management (AM) requirements are consistently reviewed, evidenced, tracked, and integrated into project delivery, operational readiness, handover, and lifecycle planning, in alignment with the ISO 55001 asset management framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Asset Management (AM) assurance activities across Stage Gate reviews, assessing requirements, trigger points, and evidence at appropriate project stages.
• Monitor AM requirements related to operational readiness, operator strategies, budgets, delivery plans, asset requirements, and handover preparedness.
• Prepare assurance reports detailing review status, risks, conditions, evidence gaps, and recommended decision outcomes.
• Support evidence-based go, conditional go, or no-go recommendations and ensure accurate recording of decisions.
• Facilitate and coordinate design reviews involving City AM, City Operations, O&M teams, delivery teams, and technical stakeholders.
• Ensure design reviews address operability, maintainability, lifecycle impacts, Opex considerations, service levels, and handover requirements.
• Track, monitor, and resolve review comments, actions, risks, and outstanding issues, escalating when necessary.
• Consolidate review findings, risks, conditions, and unresolved matters to support Stage Gate decision-making.
• Maintain AM platform records, action tracking, and assurance documentation to support governance and compliance requirements.
• Provide reporting and monitoring to ensure Stage Gate outcomes are implemented and reflected in project, readiness, handover, and lifecycle plans.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a minimum of 14+ years of relevant experience in asset management, governance, or assurance roles. A strong understanding of the ISO 55001 asset management framework is essential.
