The Role of Stakeholder Manager

AECOM is seeking a Stakeholder Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves managing moderately complex projects, often with regional geographic footprints, multiple service lines, or specific complexities such as litigation or environmental protection. The role requires a professional who can work independently while receiving guidance on complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

Manage one or more moderately complex projects, which may involve clients with a regional geographic footprint, multiple services from regional offices, or specific complexities like litigation or environmental protection.
Oversee all phases of projects, from initiation to close-out, as required.
Work primarily independently, receiving basic instruction on specific assignments, objectives, complex features, and potential solutions.
Seek technical guidance for unusual or complex problems and obtain supervisory approval for proposed project plans.
Potentially supervise senior-level engineers across various disciplines, as well as representatives in project administration, project controls, scheduling, cost control, estimating, and procurement.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management or stakeholder engagement.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects independently.
Experience in projects involving regional clients, multiple service lines, or specialized areas such as litigation or environmental protection is preferred.
