About the Role

stc is seeking a dedicated Safety & Security Assistant Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is essential for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all tenants, visitors, and staff within stc Square. The Assistant Manager will implement and maintain robust safety measures, conduct regular audits, and safeguard assets through effective management of security systems and personnel.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of safety and security protocols, a proactive approach to risk management, and the ability to oversee third-party vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Protect the health, safety, and well-being of tenants, visitors, and staff by implementing and enforcing robust safety measures and protocols.
• Safeguard the security of stc Square assets through the effective management of manned security personnel and advanced surveillance systems.
• Oversee and manage third-party vendors providing safety and security services, ensuring their performance consistently meets or exceeds Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain a safe, secure, and reliable community environment by ensuring the delivery of soft services adheres to established quality standards.
• Conduct regular, thorough audits and inspections of all safety and security systems and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training and awareness programs for tenants and staff on essential safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate key safety and security performance metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and proactively recommending improvements where necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Safety & Security roles.
• Specific experience within the telecommunications industry is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience is required.
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in implementing safety measures and protocols.
• Expertise in security management, including manned security and surveillance systems.
• Strong vendor management capabilities, with a focus on SLAs and KPIs.
• Ability to ensure quality standards in soft service delivery.
• Skilled in conducting safety and security audits and inspections.
• Experience in developing and delivering safety training and awareness programs.
