Stewarding Supervisor

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time position involves leading a team of stewards and overseeing back-of-house operations to ensure service excellence and maintain hygiene standards. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily back-of-house operations, including utility stewards, dishwashers, and temporary staff, to ensure timely transport and cleaning of utensils and serviceware for restaurant and banquet services.
• Oversee the cleaning of back-of-house spaces to uphold sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory levels, equipment storage, and distribution, and coordinate the timely delivery of food and equipment for all functions.
• Assist with day-to-day team oversight, including shift scheduling, coaching, professional development, performance evaluations, and recognition of achievements.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics such as breakage and loss, update operating manuals, and assist with monthly inventories to support cost controls and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and restaurant teams to ensure seamless service and provide support to team members as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to maintain high standards for guest and team member well-being.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a related field, demonstrating leadership capabilities and operational oversight within a hospitality environment.
