About the Role

ANDALUS GATE HOLDING is seeking a Stock Controller F&B to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining effective inventory levels and supporting the operational efficiency within our Food & Beverage sector. The role involves managing stock, analyzing inventory data, and collaborating with various departments to optimize the supply chain process.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage stock levels across all food and beverage categories to ensure optimal inventory, meet customer demand, and minimize waste.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations using inventory management software to maintain accurate records and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely stock delivery, negotiating terms to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Analyze sales trends and inventory turnover rates to forecast future stock requirements and proactively manage inventory levels.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare detailed reports on inventory status, stock levels, and discrepancies for management review to support strategic decision-making.
• Train and mentor junior staff on inventory management processes and best practices.
• Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate inventory valuation and compliance with financial reporting standards.
• Utilize data analytics tools to track inventory performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in stock control, preferably within the Food & Beverage sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage inventory levels and analyze data effectively.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
