Store Manager

About the Role

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Store Manager for a supermarket in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the supermarket's operations to ensure maximum sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction, while also managing stock efficiently and driving continuous business growth. The Store Manager will ensure seamless service delivery and implement improvement action plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement MAF Retail's supermarket plans in alignment with strategic guidelines and procedures, collaborating with Head Office and Corporate Office.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate commercial performance and provide recommendations to enhance profitability and sales turnover.
• Maximize sales and profitability by effectively controlling costs within established budgetary guidelines.
• Review and analyze stock and sales reports, implementing corrective actions as necessary to optimize performance.
• Initiate and ensure the application of comparative studies between departments to contribute to overall commercial efficiency.
• Coordinate regularly with Department Heads to ensure effective stock management, including stock value, out-of-stock situations, order placement, and timely merchandise deliveries.
• Supervise the ongoing service and maintenance of the supermarket’s assets to ensure operational efficiency.
• Oversee the enhancement of hygiene standards and ensure the safety and security of the supermarket environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant role is required.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh.
