BFL Group is seeking a Store / Shop Manager to oversee daily operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to ensuring the efficiency and profitability of the shop. The manager will be responsible for staff management, facilitating customer service, and meeting established sales and financial targets, requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop store strategies to expand the customer base, increase store traffic, and optimize overall profitability.
• Achieve sales goals by motivating, mentoring, training, and providing constructive feedback to store staff.
• Manage and oversee all shop operations, ensuring efficient functioning of the store, effective management of the sales floor, and maximization of profitability.
• Deliver customer service by setting clear criteria for staff, establishing security and safety measures, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage important employee documents such as contracts, Codes of Conduct (COC), and store licenses, ensuring their secure storage.
• Ensure that all employees receive necessary communications from governmental authorities and are onboarded by the designated person in charge.
• Implement loss prevention measures through security requirements, monitoring strategies, and diligent checking of paperwork and inventory levels.
• Oversee store administration and ensure strict compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, and financial performance metrics such as profit.
• Address and resolve all issues that may arise from staff or customers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a store or shop management role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in oral, written, and interpersonal communication, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels.
