About the Role

Nestlé Waters KSA – Almanhal Water Factory is seeking a Storekeeper to manage all warehouse activities in Riyadh. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring efficient operations related to shipping, receiving, stock monitoring, and documentation of warehouse transactions, maintaining compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with material handling processes by verifying documents and conditions of newly received materials in the warehouse.
Coordinate daily distribution of new receiving materials to stakeholders using a database to track raw materials in the warehouse and ERP system against receiving orders.
Record all raw materials in the ERP system, tag them with barcodes for scanning, and arrange materials within the warehouse.
Manage the quantity of raw materials supplied to the production department using inventory management techniques (*, FIFO, LIFO, PAR LEVELS, Average cost) as per issuance orders in the ERP system.
Regularly inspect the warehouse, raw materials, and equipment to ensure adequate storage space and adherence to Nestlé standard conditions for all materials.
Conduct monthly quantity checks of raw materials using inventory control management to assess stock balance status in the warehouse and compare it with the ERP system balance.
Adhere to Nestlé SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) rules and procedures during working hours to ensure personal and team safety.

Qualifications and Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
1 – 3 years of experience in a similar position, or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficiency in computer applications.
