About the Role

Accenture Saudi Arabia is seeking a Strategy Principal Director to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on helping leaders navigate rapid change and achieve strategic outcomes by integrating people with strategic initiatives. The position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in strategy and operations consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Reimagine business models and build strategies with leaders and cultures to accelerate change.
• Create and deliver strategic outcomes, with a focus on sustainability, inclusion, diversity & equity (ID&E), purpose, and board effectiveness.
• Drive strategic initiatives that improve outcomes for businesses and their stakeholders.
• Lead teams of 10+ consultants across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Shape points-of-view and frameworks that differentiate market position.

Client Relationships and Delivery

• Originate and deliver multi-million-dollar engagements with clients.
• Maintain established relationships with High Tech clients in Saudi Arabia and the broader GCC markets.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments and close significant deals independently.

Required Qualifications and Expertise

• Over 10 years of experience in strategy and operations consulting.
• Foundational excellence in strategy and operations consulting.
• Strong working knowledge in Technology Strategy and Advisory, including digital transformation, IT strategy, and enterprise architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business impact across strategy, operating model, and technology domains.
• Strong working knowledge of telecommunications networks (5G, fiber, core/RAN architecture) is highly valued.

Leadership and Practice Building

• Proven experience in business development, including proposal leadership and thought leadership development.
• Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities with demonstrated success in developing high-performing teams.

Regional and Cultural Understanding

• Deep understanding of Middle East business culture and government-commercial interfaces.
• Established presence and credibility within the regional TMT ecosystem.
