This is a full-time role for professionals with 5+ years of experience, offering a salary range of $1,500 - $2,000. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing design operations and project execution within a creative environment.

Role Overview

The Studio Manager is responsible for defining design strategies and overseeing the development of creative concepts from inception to completion. This position involves providing leadership and guidance to the design team, ensuring that all outputs are innovative, practical, and aligned with client objectives. The role requires a blend of creative direction and operational management to maintain project flow and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project briefs thoroughly and define comprehensive design strategies.
• Develop and refine design concepts from initial ideation through to detailed proposals.
• Provide guidance and direction to the design team throughout all stages of project development.
• Evaluate and approve design layouts and mood boards to ensure quality and adherence to brief.
• Ensure the delivery of innovative, practical, and client-focused design solutions.
• Allocate projects efficiently and manage the overall workload of the design team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience in projects related to exhibitions, events, or commercial architecture.

Technical Proficiencies

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drafting and design.
• Proficiency in SketchUp for 3D modeling and visualization.
• Proficiency in Lumion for rendering and animation.
