About the Role

PrimeTalent is seeking a Remote Design Manager, also known as a Studio Manager, to join a reputable company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to the company's creative output, focusing on defining design strategy, developing innovative concepts, and providing leadership to a dedicated design team. The role requires a strategic thinker capable of overseeing projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Review design briefs, define comprehensive design strategies, and develop creative concepts.
• Guide the design team through various project phases and provide critical review of layouts and mood boards.
• Ensure the consistent development of innovative, practical, and client-focused design solutions.
• Allocate projects efficiently and manage the overall workload of the design team.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is a fundamental requirement for this position, providing the necessary theoretical and practical foundation.
• Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a design or architectural leadership capacity, demonstrating a proven track record in managing projects and teams.

Specialized Industry Experience

The ideal candidate will bring specific industry experience in areas such as exhibitions, events, or commercial architecture. This background is crucial for understanding the unique demands and creative approaches required within these sectors, ensuring the delivery of highly relevant and impactful design solutions.

Technical Proficiency

Demonstrated proficiency in industry-standard design software is essential for this role. Required tools include AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion. The ability to effectively utilize these applications will be critical for design development, visualization, and project execution.
