Saudi Airlines Catering Company is a leading provider of catering and support services. We are currently seeking a dedicated Supervisor C, B&I and Remote Sites to join our full-time team in Riyadh.

Role Overview

This role involves overseeing and ensuring the efficient delivery of food and beverage services across designated B&I (Business & Industry) and remote sites. The Supervisor C is responsible for maintaining high operational standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing service readiness in a dynamic environment.

Operational Management

• Ensure all service locations are properly prepared and organized for meal services.
• Assist in the efficient service of food and beverages within designated areas, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
• Utilize food and beverage skills to maximize the overall dining experience for customers.
• Communicate and liaise with production areas to ensure timely and accurate meal delivery.
• Assist in placing daily orders from the production area and beverage stores to meet service requirements.

Quality Assurance and Compliance

• Inspect the physical environment and ensure all equipment meets company standards before use.
• Adhere to all hygiene practices and regulations in compliance with company policies and health standards.
• Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, setting an example for team members.
• Ensure proper presentation and arrangement of food and beverage items to enhance the dining experience.
• Monitor inventory levels of food and beverage items, reporting shortages or excesses to management.
• Support the setup and clearing of service areas, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for the next service.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
• Participate in training programs to continuously improve food and beverage service skills.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of daily operations, including service reports and inventory updates.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in food and beverage service supervision or a similar operational role. A proven track record of managing service delivery and ensuring customer satisfaction is essential for success in this role.
