Role Overview: Supervisor - SKIMS

The Supervisor for SKIMS in Riyadh is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the department, focusing on customer service excellence and sales performance. This full-time position requires an individual with 2-5 years of experience in a sales or customer service environment, capable of leading a team and ensuring operational standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coach the sales team to achieve high standards of customer service, leading by example on the shop floor.
• Analyze sales data to maximize daily sales performance.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively, either personally or by escalating to the store manager.
• Ensure that standards for grooming, presentation, and professional conduct are maintained by the team.
• Motivate team members to achieve shared goals and acknowledge individual and team successes.
• Induct all new starters into the department team.
• Ensure all department staff receive necessary training in liaison with the store manager and training department.
• Monitor department stock levels, informing the Store Manager of any depleting stock or losses to facilitate corrective action.
• Ensure the department is merchandised commercially and visually according to brand guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping in the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those for refunds, exchanges, security, and health and safety.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school qualification.
• 4-5 years of experience in a sales or customer service environment.
