Hill International, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for supporting the company's recruitment initiatives within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Associate will manage the full life-cycle recruitment process, from initial sourcing to onboarding, for positions across the KSA region. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and engaging talent, working closely with internal stakeholders to meet staffing needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full life-cycle recruitment for the KSA region.
Source, identify, and recruit new, replacement, and contingent staff from external and internal sources.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job competencies and recruiting requirements for all open positions, as well as proposal efforts.
Coordinate internal postings and utilize appropriate internet sources for external postings, alongside cold calling and the use of social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
Conduct pre-screening interviews and coordinate all interviews with hiring managers.
Act as a primary point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Corporate Team leaders, the recruiting team, and other staff to foster successful partnerships that yield predictable results and credibility.
Manage all aspects of the recruiting process (sourcing and qualifying candidates, salary negotiation, reference checks, onboarding, etc.) using the online applicant tracking system.
Provide business intelligence for use in proposals and current opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Experience of 0-1 years in talent acquisition or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in closing candidates to offers within a competitive market.
Ability to work self-sufficiently with minimal direct supervision.
A proven track record of strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport with hiring managers and cross-functional partners.
