About the Role

Mada Properties | KSA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to managing the daily operations of our hiring process, ensuring a smooth recruitment journey and a structured, welcoming onboarding experience for all new hires.

Key Responsibilities

• Post job advertisements, screen initial resumes, and shortlist qualified candidates for various roles.
• Schedule interviews, maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and manage prompt communication with candidates.
• Prepare offer letters and employment contracts, and verify new hire documentation to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate IT system access, workspace setups, and welcome kits for new employees prior to their start dates.
• Conduct first-day orientations, facilitate team introductions, and maintain confidential employee records securely.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently within a recruitment or HR context.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
