About the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Officer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and secure qualified candidates for various roles within the company.

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the company's staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively. This involves strategic candidate sourcing, comprehensive candidate management, and active contribution to Saudization efforts, all while maintaining safe and environmentally friendly operational practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Review recruitment requests to verify job titles, grades, starting salaries, and available vacancies.
• Source candidates across all levels, proactively filling positions through various methods including contingency firms, retained search, internet advertising, and employee referrals.
• Manage responses to advertisements and shortlist candidates before forwarding them to relevant departments.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate technical interviews with concerned managers.
• Prepare offer letters and employment contracts for selected candidates.
• Collaborate with the team to develop recruitment campaigns and strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
• Participate in and coordinate career and open days organized by universities and educational institutes.
• Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition Saudization Supervisor to achieve and maintain required Saudization percentages.
• Execute all function-related activities using safe and environmentally friendly methods.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.

Candidate Profile

Candidates for this role should demonstrate proficiency in managing comprehensive recruitment cycles, from initial request verification to offer generation. The ability to effectively source diverse talent, coordinate interviews, and contribute to strategic recruitment campaigns is key. A commitment to safe and environmentally friendly work practices is also required for all tasks.
