About the Role

J-B is seeking a motivated fresh graduate to join its Human Resources team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position, titled Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist, is specifically designed for individuals participating in the COOP & Tamheer Programs, offering practical experience in HR operations.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will play a supporting role in the talent acquisition and new hire integration processes. This position provides an opportunity to gain foundational experience in human resources, focusing on attracting and welcoming new talent within a professional corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support various stages of the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing and initial screening.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with onboarding activities and preparations for new joiners.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely completion of new joiners’ onboarding requirements, system access, and workplace setup.
• Maintain and update accurate recruitment and onboarding records.
• Provide assistance with job postings and candidate communications.
• Contribute to the preparation of recruitment reports and other HR-related administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A fresh graduate with 0-1 year of experience.
• Eligibility for the Tamheer Program.
