Role Overview

TAM is seeking a Tamheer Trainee to join its Audit & Risk Management team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for recent graduates with 0-1 years of experience who are interested in gaining practical experience in internal audit, risk management, compliance, and governance within a professional and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support internal audit and risk management activities.
• Assist in reviewing processes, controls, and relevant documentation.
• Support risk assessments and the identification of potential risks.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, analyses, and audit documentation.
• Contribute to compliance and governance-related initiatives.
• Collaborate with various teams to fulfill audit and risk requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Recent graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Eligibility for the Tamheer Program is required.

This position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
