Role Overview: Technical Delivery Manager

The Technical Delivery Manager will serve as a central point of contact between customers, product, and engineering teams. This full-time role involves managing the delivery of technical solutions from initial requirements gathering through to deployment. The manager will work closely with customers to understand their needs, translate these into technical requirements, and ensure successful project outcomes. This position requires effective expectation management, problem-solving, and sound judgment under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer delivery throughout implementation, ensuring clear management of expectations, timelines, and outcomes.
• Translate complex customer needs into actionable requirements for product and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with technical teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver solutions on time and to a high standard.
• Manage discussions with stakeholders, particularly when challenging requirements, timelines, or expectations.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and potential gaps proactively to maintain delivery quality.
• Determine when to challenge, negotiate, or drive the team to achieve delivery goals.
• Engage in technical discussions with engineers, challenging assumptions and assessing feasibility.
• Track requirements, dependencies, edge cases, timelines, and issues while maintaining focus on the overall project vision.
• Coordinate across product, engineering, operations, and customer stakeholders to sustain project momentum.
• Identify recurring delivery challenges and contribute to the development of improved processes and tools.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in a technical delivery or project management role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in translating customer needs into technical specifications.
