Technical Designer (Architectural Fit Out Interiors)

About the Role

Tripod Global is seeking an experienced Technical Designer (Architectural Fit Out Interiors) to join its Joinery and Fit-Out Division in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a strong understanding of joinery, architectural drawings, interior details, and fabrication processes to translate design concepts into accurate technical drawings for production and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed joinery shop drawings, architectural fit-out details, and production drawings.
• Develop technical shop drawings for complete interior bespoke fit-out projects, with knowledge of furniture joinery.
• Interpret architectural, interior design, and consultant drawings to create accurate joinery and fit-out solutions.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, project managers, and production teams.
• Ensure drawings align with design intent, project specifications, and manufacturing requirements.
• Review drawings and incorporate feedback from clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Provide technical support during production and installation stages.
• Maintain accurate drawing records and project documentation.
• Conduct site measurements and surveys as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in architectural interior fit-out.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, interior materials, and finishes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
• Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar software is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Strong understanding of materials, fabrication methods, and installation processes.
