About the Role

Ons Real Estate is seeking a Technical Office Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves leading the technical and engineering aspects of current projects, offering an opportunity to contribute significantly to unique developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve engineering drawings, including architectural, structural, and MEP, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare and approve shop drawings and detailed technical and aesthetic drawings for all finishes and project details.
• Conduct engineering coordination and resolve technical issues between the office and site teams.
• Accurately count quantities, review Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and approve subcontractor submittals.
• Study and approve material submittals to ensure conformity with project specifications and aesthetic standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5 to 7 years of experience specifically within a technical office role, not as a site or execution engineer.
• Experience should be with real estate development or contracting companies.
• Proven experience in construction projects, particularly with finishes, details, and floor installations.

Technical Skills

• Excellent command of AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying.
• Knowledge of Revit / BIM is advantageous.
• Ability to integrate technical and engineering drawings.
