About the Role

Cisco is seeking a Telco Account Executive to join its Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Service Provider team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on driving Cisco's business growth with a key Service Provider customer. The digital economy's acceleration has increased the critical role of Service Providers in maintaining connectivity, making this an opportune time to contribute to the industry's evolution.

Role Context and Impact

As a Telco Account Executive, your primary objective is to expand Cisco's engagement and revenue within a major Service Provider account in Saudi Arabia. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, focusing on their experience and needs. This role requires strategic planning, cross-functional team orchestration, and a deep understanding of customer business drivers to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the Cisco Account Management Business Plan.
  • Orchestrate internal teams to deliver integrated business solutions.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve agreed-upon milestones and sales targets.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the account.
  • Provide accurate business metrics, including monthly forecasts, weekly commits, and pipeline development reports.
  • Anticipate changes in opportunities, market dynamics, and customer needs that may impact revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across all customer levels, including CxO, to foster long-term strategic engagement.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining strong forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene.

Required Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven ability to develop trusted customer relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency in collaborative teamwork.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales experience with telecom or service provider customers.
  • Solid understanding of Cisco or competitive technologies and business landscapes.
  • Skill in identifying customer business drivers and aligning them with Cisco solutions.
  • Negotiation skills to create mutually beneficial solutions for customers and Cisco.
  • Strong operational excellence and financial competence.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. You will be part of Cisco's Sales organization, working within a team of skilled sales professionals and collaborating closely with Pre-sales Engineering. Cisco supports a flexible approach to work arrangements.
