About the Role

Müller's Solutions is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Temenos Technical Lead to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the technical aspects of Temenos implementations and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The Lead will collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and developers to design, develop, and integrate Temenos solutions that meet client requirements. This position requires strong leadership in guiding the technical team and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of Temenos solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Oversee the development and integration of Temenos modules to deliver a seamless banking experience.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to architectural standards.
• Manage technical documentation, including system architecture, design specifications, and technical guides.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in Temenos technology.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 5-10 years as a Technical Lead or in a similar role, with a focus on Temenos products.
• Strong understanding of Temenos functionalities, database concepts, and application development.
• Proficiency in programming languages and technologies relevant to Temenos solutions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering quality solutions.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

Preferred Skills and Certifications

• Certifications related to Temenos technologies.
• Experience with agile methodologies and cloud-based implementations.
• Familiarity with financial industry standards and practices.
