About the Role

Cooperman & Goldberg is seeking a dedicated Tender Estimator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for accurately assessing project costs and ensuring competitive bidding strategies. The ideal candidate will bring 5-10 years of relevant experience to this role.

Role Purpose

The Tender Estimator is responsible for the comprehensive evaluation of project costs and the financial viability of undertaking new projects. This involves a thorough understanding of our organizational competitive advantages and the ability to effectively articulate these benefits throughout the bidding process to secure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain current knowledge of competitive advantages within the industry to inform and enhance the bidding process.
• Identify and resolve cost discrepancies through diligent collection and analysis of financial information.
• Obtain precise quotes for necessary materials and systems to develop accurate and reliable cost estimates.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field of study.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a related estimating or financial role.

Required Skills

• Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles.
• Familiarity with blueprints and the ability to accurately interpret plans.
