About the Territory Customer Executive Role

Almarai, a leading food and beverage company in the MENA region, is seeking a Territory Customer Executive to join its team in Riyadh. Founded in 1977, Almarai is the world’s largest vertically integrated dairy company and a market leader across its categories in GCC, Egypt, and Jordan. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience and offers an opportunity to contribute to sales objectives within a designated territory.

Role Purpose and Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to achieve food service sales targets within a designated territory. This involves building and maintaining strong business relationships with customers, driving business development, and fostering positive growth for Almarai's products. The executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on price approvals to ensure products are sold according to negotiated terms.
  • Log daily visits and customer activities to report progress to the line manager.
  • Review customer sales dashboards and take necessary actions based on market visits.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure timely product delivery scheduling.
  • Liaise with the finance team and line manager to provide updates on customer collection status.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and customer service.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Good proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Effective selling and negotiation capabilities.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills and reporting abilities.
