About the Tourism Specialist Role

We are seeking a Tourism Specialist to join our Business Travel team in Riyadh. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in the travel industry, looking to contribute to efficient travel management services.

Key Responsibilities

• Booking, issuing, reissuing, and refunding air tickets using the Amadeus system.
• Arranging hotel accommodations and other travel-related services, including transfers, visa applications, and travel insurance.
• Identifying and presenting the most suitable travel options while ensuring adherence to corporate travel policies.
• Managing flight changes, cancellations, and urgent travel requests with efficiency.
• Coordinating with travel suppliers and internal departments to ensure the smooth delivery of travel services.

Required Qualifications

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in corporate travel or business travel ticketing.
• Proficiency in using the Amadeus booking system.
• Demonstrated experience in hotel bookings and handling non-air travel services.
• A solid understanding of visa requirements, travel insurance procedures, and corporate travel policies.

Essential Skills and Competencies

• Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is considered a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for interacting with clients and colleagues.
• Effective multitasking abilities to manage various travel requests and tasks simultaneously.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role is part of the Business Travel team.
