About the Training Academy Intern Role

Role Overview and Responsibilities

As an intern within the Training Academy, you will play a key role in supporting training and education programs focused on Robotic Assisted Surgery across the EMEA region. This position involves gaining practical experience in the planning, organization, and execution of training events. You will collaborate with customers on curriculum development and be involved in tracking training outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting proctorship logistics and coordination.
• Liaising with the coordinator and Event team to ensure all aspects of each event are secured.
• Providing on-site support in preparation for robotic events.
• Connecting with the West Europa team and acting as a liaison for the execution of collaborative robotic projects.

Internship Details and Work Model

This is a 6-month internship with the possibility of extension. The program is scheduled to commence in August or September 2026. The work model is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days in the office per week, with standard working hours of 40 hours per week. The internship will be based in Riyadh.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Be a recent graduate or in the final year of studies in Marketing, Paramedical Studies, Business, Project / Event Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrate fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Possess good knowledge of MS Office applications, including Teams, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Exhibit a customer-focused mindset.

Additional Strengths

The following would be considered advantageous for candidates:

• Previous experience supporting event management activities.
• University coursework in human anatomy.
