Jazera Arabia Contracting is seeking a dedicated Training and Development Specialist to join its Human Resources Department. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and offers an opportunity to contribute to the professional growth and development of our workforce.

Role Overview

The Training and Development Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying, planning, and executing training initiatives across the organization. This position is responsible for ensuring that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet business objectives and support continuous improvement within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Prepare and follow up on annual training plans and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate both internal and external training programs, including liaising with training providers.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and prepare comprehensive reports on outcomes and impact.
• Maintain accurate training records, professional certifications, and track renewal dates for all employees.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in Training & Development.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Proven ability to prepare and manage annual training plans and programs.
• Experience in coordinating various training programs and managing relationships with training providers.
• Proficiency in evaluating training effectiveness and generating detailed reports.
• Experience in maintaining comprehensive training records, professional certifications, and their renewal schedules.

Required Skills and Proficiencies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Good command of the English language.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective follow-up skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Knowledge of HRMS/LMS is preferred.

Preferred Background

Candidates with prior experience in the construction or contracting industry are preferred. This background will enable a quicker understanding of the specific training needs and operational context of Jazera Arabia Contracting.
