The Training Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a Training Associate to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This role is designed to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of training programs across the organization. It is an ideal Internship opportunity for a fresh graduate with 0-1 years of experience who is passionate about learning and development and eager to build a career in this field.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating training programs, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Support training logistics, including scheduling sessions, sending invitations, tracking attendance, and collecting feedback.
• Help prepare training materials, presentations, and learning content.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure proper documentation.
• Support in developing basic reports and dashboards to track training activities and effectiveness.
• Assist in delivering training sessions and workshops when required.
• Work closely with managers to support training needs and learning initiatives.
• Continuously learn and contribute to improving training processes and tools.
