The Treasury Lead Role

Syarah is seeking a Treasury Lead to manage the company's daily treasury operations. Based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, this full-time role is critical for ensuring effective cash flow management, accurate bank reconciliations, and the smooth execution of all payment processes. The Treasury Lead will also be responsible for maintaining strong communication channels with both banks and internal stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of cash balances.
• Manage daily cash flow planning and assess liquidity requirements.
• Supervise and control all inward and outward payment processes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely payments and collections.
• Maintain effective communication with banks and external financial institutions.
• Monitor treasury activities to ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in treasury or financial operations. This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of banking operations and robust cash flow management principles.

Essential Skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with ERP and banking systems is preferred for this position.
