About the Role

Jobs for Humanity is seeking a UX/UI Designer to join its product team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on the creation of intuitive, user-centered experiences that contribute to measurable improvements in usability and conversion rates.

Role Summary

The UX/UI Designer will manage the end-to-end design process, from initial user research and information architecture development through to wireframing, prototyping, and the delivery of polished interfaces. A core aspect of this role involves ensuring designs adhere to accessibility standards, maintain consistency with established design systems, and are delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and apply user empathy and discovery methods to inform design decisions.
• Develop comprehensive wireframes and define clear information architecture.
• Create interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools such as Figma, InVision, or ProtoPie.
• Design and refine user interfaces to ensure a polished and intuitive user experience.
• Ensure all designs maintain consistency with the established design system.
• Integrate accessibility guidelines, including WCAG standards, into all design work.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design lifecycle.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and continuously work towards usability improvements.

Required Skills and Tools

• Proficiency in user research methods and fostering user empathy.
• Demonstrated ability in wireframing and information architecture.
• Expertise in using Figma for design and prototyping.
• Experience with various prototyping tools (*, InVision, ProtoPie).
• Understanding and practical application of design systems.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, specifically WCAG.
• Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
