About the Role

FNRCO is seeking a Vendor Management Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on supporting supplier onboarding, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing ongoing vendor performance. The specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure effective vendor management, compliance, and continuous performance improvement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end supplier registration and onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to collect necessary documentation and information.
  • Conduct supplier due diligence and compliance checks in accordance with established policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date approved supplier databases and vendor records.
  • Develop and maintain supplier performance frameworks, KPIs, and scorecards.
  • Monitor supplier performance against agreed service levels, contractual requirements, and performance objectives.
  • Coordinate periodic supplier performance reviews and meetings, preparing performance reports for stakeholders.
  • Identify performance gaps and support the implementation of corrective actions and improvement plans.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate supplier review meetings and follow up on agreed actions.
  • Monitor supplier compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
  • Maintain supplier issue logs, action trackers, and escalation records.
  • Coordinate the resolution of supplier-related issues and performance concerns.
  • Ensure supplier documentation and records are maintained accurately for reporting and audit purposes.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field. The role requires a professional with a strong understanding of vendor management principles and practices.

Required Skills

  • Experience in supplier registration and onboarding.
  • Proficiency in vendor due diligence and compliance checks.
  • Ability to monitor supplier performance and manage vendor databases.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder and supplier engagement.
  • Detail-oriented approach to maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring close collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.
