The Role of Video Editor

Aajil is seeking a full-time Video Editor in Riyadh to support its rapidly expanding creative output. This role is execution-focused, requiring the ability to produce clean work quickly based on provided briefs. The Video Editor will work directly with the existing designer to manage the video production pipeline from end-to-end. The work involves diverse content, operates at a high pace, and emphasizes quality and consistency in all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit various types of long-form content from raw footage to final cut.
• Produce short-form video content and reels for LinkedIn and other social platforms.
• Incorporate motion graphics, lower thirds, and visual overlays using After Effects.
• Ensure visual and audio consistency across all video output, adhering to Aajil's brand guidelines.
• Collaborate on-site to efficiently access and manage large production files.
• Deliver finished assets within tight turnaround timelines while maintaining quality standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A portfolio demonstrating professional video editing work across both long-form and short-form content. This is the primary qualification for consideration.
• A strong understanding of audio quality, recognizing when sound elements are incorrect.
• Ability to produce clean, consistent output with minimal supervision.
• Capacity to work efficiently without compromising quality.
