Role Summary

The Waiter / Waitress will be responsible for providing a professional and memorable dining experience for all guests. This involves direct interaction with customers, managing service flow, and ensuring all operational standards are met. The role requires a commitment to service excellence and effective coordination with the wider restaurant team.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and facilitate a professional dining experience.
• Present menus, clearly explain menu items, and offer informed food and beverage recommendations.
• Accurately take and process customer orders.
• Serve food and beverages in adherence to fine dining service standards.
• Ensure dining tables are correctly set before, during, and after service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any requests or concerns.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and seamless service.
• Accurately handle guest payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Maintain a polished professional appearance consistent with the restaurant's service standards.

Candidate Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a Waiter or Waitress, preferably within a fine dining environment.
• Demonstrated professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced service environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by operational needs.
