About the Role

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dedicated and professional Waiter to join our team. This full-time position is central to providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests, focusing on service that is both efficient and memorable. We are looking for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in a similar role.

Role Purpose

The Waiter plays a crucial role in creating a positive and lasting impression for every guest. Beyond standard food and beverage service, this position involves actively engaging with guests to ensure their dining experience is seamless and enjoyable from arrival to departure, including handling transactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and set tables according to established standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and address any inquiries or requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and service supplies.
• Process guest transactions accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a waiter or guest service role.
• Ability to uphold quality standards and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
• A proactive approach to guest service and problem-solving.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role operates within a dynamic hospitality environment, requiring adherence to safety protocols and company standards. The position involves various physical activities, including:

• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Moving across sloping, uneven, or potentially slippery surfaces.
• Reading and visually verifying information, such as menu details.
• Performing tasks that involve moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
