About Nammos Resort Amaala and the Role

Nammos Resort Amaala is seeking a dedicated Waiter to join its team in Al Wajh, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to delivering exceptional food and beverage service across various resort areas, ensuring a memorable experience for all guests.

Role Overview

The Waiter is responsible for providing attentive and efficient food and beverage service to guests within the resort's outlets, including poolside, lounge, and beach areas. This position plays a crucial support role in ensuring a high standard of guest service, maintaining the cleanliness and order of front-of-house areas, and contributing to an overall positive and seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming dining experience.
• Present menus, answer questions about food and beverage offerings, and accurately take guest orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally while maintaining the highest service standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience, anticipate guest needs, and respond promptly to requests.
• Present guest bills and process payments accurately when required.
• Assist with the daily setup and breakdown of the restaurant, including arranging tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the dining area throughout the shift, including clearing and resetting tables.
• Ensure service stations are fully stocked with essential supplies, including cutlery, napkins, condiments, and other operating items.
• Clear used dishes, glassware, and linen promptly, ensuring they are transferred to the stewarding team.
• Communicate guest orders and special requests accurately to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
• Comply with all restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of experience in a similar food and beverage service role. A strong commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence is essential.
