About the Role

شركة نمو اعمال للتشغيل والصيانة is seeking a Waiter to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and present food and beverage menus.
• Respond to customer inquiries and offer recommendations on menu items.
• Prepare, arrange, and clean tables, ensuring all items are correctly placed and returned to their designated areas.
• Serve food and beverages to customers.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate them to the appropriate officer for resolution.

Operational Duties

• Prepare tables for service, including setting and clearing them.
• Present bills to customers accurately.
• Receive and record payments, specifically cash transactions.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) machines for transaction processing.

Experience and Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess between 2 and 5 years of experience in a similar role. This experience should demonstrate a solid understanding of customer service within a food and beverage environment.
