About the Role

Rawaa Medical Solutions is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Warehouse Keeper to manage warehouse operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals and offers opportunities for career development within a professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive materials and goods, reconciling them with purchase orders and supplier invoices.
• Store materials in designated locations according to proper storage standards.
• Issue materials based on approved requests and document all issuance transactions in the system.
• Conduct periodic and annual stock counts, reconciling physical balances with book records.
• Record inventory movements (inbound/outbound) in the company system.
• Monitor inventory levels and submit replenishment requests when reaching the minimum threshold.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, and enforce safety requirements.
• Prepare periodic reports on inventory movement and slow-moving items.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school certificate as a minimum; a Warehouse Management diploma is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse and inventory operations.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
