About the Role

Bayut KSA is seeking a dedicated Wealth Manager specializing in Real Estate Investment to join its team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, and is focused on generating revenue from international investors through the sale of real estate properties within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Bayut KSA operates as part of Dubizzle Group, which encompasses iconic brands like Bayut and dubizzle, connecting millions of users and committed to delivering optimal online search experiences. The group collectively serves over 123 million monthly users across the region. In this role, the Wealth Manager will identify and engage High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) and institutional clients who are seeking investment opportunities in the KSA real estate market, thereby helping them grow their wealth internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads for High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) in their base countries, in coordination with marketing initiatives.
• Manage the standard lead process, including qualifying, maturing, and closing deals for investors interested in KSA real estate assets.
• Establish key partnerships with investment institutions, banks, agencies, and other lead sources to ensure a steady stream of potential buyers.
• Proactively identify and attend relevant events in base countries where investors seek investment opportunities, such as roadshows, conferences, and expos.
• Coordinate and conduct roadshows, PR events, investment forums, and conferences in conjunction with the KSA Headquarters.
• Serve as an advisor for clients, providing end-to-end guidance on real estate investments in KSA.
• Ensure a seamless investment experience in KSA, including consultation on exit strategies when required by the client.
• Act as a resident representative of Bayut, undertaking special projects assigned by management, which may include areas regarding commercial, regulatory, and financial aspects.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in wealth management, real estate investment, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated ability to generate revenue from investors through real estate sales.
• Proven experience in identifying, qualifying, and managing relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) and institutional clients.
• Capability to advise investors on immigration and visa-related processes for seamless transactions.
• Experience in conducting or participating in roadshows, conferences, and investment events.

Compensation and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. The role offers a competitive base salary complemented by a commission structure.
