About Concentrix and the Wellbeing Team

Concentrix is seeking a Wellbeing Associate to join its psychological health team in Riyadh. This full-time role is integral to a diverse group of specialists dedicated to developing, delivering, and evaluating employee health and wellbeing strategies. The team's focus is on supporting Trust & Safety teams, enhancing positive mental and physical health, and fostering a healthy culture and work environment across the organization.

Role Purpose and Context

The Wellbeing Associate provides essential onsite mental health and wellbeing support to employees working in content moderation roles. As a qualified counsellor or psychotherapist, the associate will conduct individual and group sessions utilizing various therapeutic interventions. This position operates within the Trust & Safety domain, meaning the role involves working with individuals exposed to harmful content, including images, video, and text related to hate speech, violence, child safety, self-harm, harm to others, and animal harm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-to-one onsite counselling sessions, addressing psychological health issues using short-term therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness Based Therapies (MBT).
  • Conduct one-to-one onsite coaching sessions and develop resilience plans to maintain employee health and wellbeing.
  • Facilitate onsite group and peer support sessions focused on building resilience, developing healthy coping strategies, and fostering positive working relationships.
  • Lead onsite creative sessions, including creative therapies, music therapies, and mindfulness-based activities.
  • Perform psychometric assessments for employees in the region and review assessment data for trends requiring intervention, contributing to insight reports.
  • Complete administrative duties, including timely tracking of session data and individual case notes.
  • Respond promptly to employee emails and messages seeking support, ensuring clear and timely communication.

Risk Management and Professional Conduct

  • Routinely assess cases for risk, adhering to strict safety protocols, and escalating complex cases to clinical leadership.
  • Assess cases for trauma related to exposure to graphic content and follow established escalation protocols.
  • Evaluate and appropriately manage risks of harm to self or others in a timely manner.
  • Manage confidential case records and reports securely, in line with privacy protocols.
  • Communicate regularly with the clinical leadership team to discuss observations, insights, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to safe working practices across the Psychological Health team.
  • Attend monthly peer support sessions with the Clinical Manager and regional colleagues.
  • Adhere to professional and ethical guidelines set by discipline-specific governing and licensing bodies.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A qualified counsellor or psychotherapist.
  • Between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply therapeutic interventions such as CBT, ACT, and MBT.
  • Experience in risk assessment and management within a mental health context.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based onsite in Riyadh and involves working directly with Trust & Safety teams. The role requires a professional capable of providing support to employees who are regularly exposed to graphic and sensitive content. The environment demands strict adherence to safety protocols and a commitment to fostering a supportive and healthy workplace culture.
