About the Opportunity

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking a dedicated Home Healthcare Nurse to join its team in Taif, Makkah Region. This full-time position is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience who are committed to providing exceptional and comprehensive nursing care.

Role Summary

The Home Healthcare Nurse is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care, consistently applying the nursing process, and meeting established standards of nursing practice and performance. This role is integral to ensuring patient well-being and upholding clinical quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care as assigned, adhering strictly to established policies and evidence-based practice.
• Document all relevant information correctly, appropriately, and in a timely manner.
• Ensure the readiness of the clinical environment for effective use by the physician, including managing consumable material stock levels and medical equipment.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, clinical protocols, standards, and guidelines based on legislation and evidence-based nursing practice.
• Report equipment failures, safety and security issues, and/or reduction of supply inventory to the nurse supervisor.
• Act as an advocate for patients and their families.
• Cooperate and work effectively with other professionals in the multi-disciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Comply with policies for personal and patient safety and for the prevention of healthcare-associated infections.
• Promote a safe environment and safe patient care by embracing a safety culture.
• Contribute to the achievement of clinical quality outcome indicators and patient satisfaction.
• Participate in self-education, training, and development initiatives, as applicable.
• Contribute to the achievement of cost efficiency savings within the unit.
• Maintain awareness of resource utilization, exercising care in the ordering and use of staff, equipment, and materials.
• Complete nursing assessments and accurately document medical history from patients.
• Adhere to Medicines Management protocols for the safe keeping and administration of medication.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant nursing experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with professional standards.

Work Environment

This full-time role operates 100% indoors. The work schedule is 6 days per week, with one day off. Working hours consist of 8 net hours per day, based on a shift schedule approved by the head of department.
