About the Role

BAE Systems Saudi Arabia is seeking an ILOC Team Center Small Task Management Specialist for a full-time Contractor Manpower Substitution (CMS) role within the Typhoon Support Centre (TSC) in Taif. This position is integral to the Integrated Logistics Operation Centre (ILOC), focusing on the efficient management of small tasks related to Typhoon Fleet Engineering Operations.

Role Context and Objectives

The jobholder will join a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team that serves as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for the integration of Typhoon Fleet Engineering Operations across Typhoon Main Operating Bases and the Scheduled Maintenance and Upgrade Unit (SMU). This role is responsible for the daily maintenance of the Teamcenter toolset, including recording, tracking, and reporting progress for all small tasks managed through the Teamcenter application, encompassing assets and resources, to meet RSAF operational and other requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Function Managers and Team Leaders in planning tasks managed through the Teamcenter database.
• Lead and call task planning and prioritisation meetings with relevant Typhoon stakeholders as required.
• Provide impact statements in the event of priority conflicts.
• Liaise daily with the Typhoon stakeholder community, particularly TSC functional leads and Maintenance Operations Flight (MOF) counterparts, to support task delivery within Teamcenter.
• Record, track, and report the progress of tasks managed within Teamcenter.
• Maintain and update the Typhoon Aircraft State Sheet (TASS).
• Highlight issues related to the timely delivery of tasks against the requirements of the Regulatory Framework for Logistics (RFL).
• Provide support and maintenance for the Teamcenter application, acting as the primary point of contact for support issues.
• Produce and distribute reports and returns as directed by the ILOC Manager.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of daily ILOC Briefs to key stakeholders.
• Provide counterpart development, including coaching, consolidation, and work experience, for RSAF or other Saudi National staff assigned to the ILOC.
• Develop and maintain TSC Processes and Procedures related to ILOC.
• Encourage and champion Change Management, acting as an effective Change Agent as directed.
• Undertake additional, reasonable tasks requested by TSC and RSAF Management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Educated to HNC level or possess equivalent experience, or have experience supported by formal, recorded workplace applied related training.
• Experience in aircraft operation, maintenance, and support.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver tasks to demanding deadlines.
• Problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to set and manage work direction in a rapidly changing environment.
• Developed interpersonal skills to track and report on diverse activities, and the ability to communicate, influence, and direct decision-making processes at all levels.
• Experience with a computerised work recording and asset management system such as the Typhoon Engineering Support System (ESS).
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.

Desirable Skills and Background

• Experience with Typhoon or other fast jet platforms.
• Experience in an aircraft military support/maintenance environment at a Supervisory/Rectification Controller level.
• Familiarity with the Teamcenter application as a user.
• Familiarity with Tier 1 support of an IT system such as Teamcenter.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• Completion of a recognised aircraft engineering apprenticeship in industry/military or a similar qualification in aircraft systems engineering.
• Previous experience in an engineering operations environment.

This role is based at King Fahad Air Base (KFdAB) in Taif, operating within the Typhoon Support Centre.
