About the Mystery Shopper Role

Advice hub is seeking Mystery Shoppers to contribute to a project focused on evaluating the quality of healthcare services within medical clinics. This full-time role involves conducting discreet visits to various clinics to assess the patient experience comprehensively. The position requires individuals with 0-1 years of experience who possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of a Mystery Shopper include:

• Visiting medical clinics as a genuine patient to experience the service firsthand.
• Assessing the complete service journey from a patient's perspective.
• Filling out and submitting a structured report after each visit, detailing observations and findings.

Scope of Evaluation

The assessment conducted by Mystery Shoppers will cover several critical aspects of the patient experience to ensure a thorough evaluation of service quality. These areas include:

• The appointment booking process and experience.
• Reception procedures and efficiency, including waiting times.
• The quality of interaction with nursing staff and the attending doctor.
• Clarity and comprehensibility of medical explanations provided by staff.
• The overall patient experience throughout the clinic visit.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Mystery Shopper role are required to have 0-1 years of relevant experience. Essential qualities for this position include strong observational skills, the ability to recall details accurately, and proficiency in completing structured reports.

Required Locations

Mystery Shoppers are specifically required in the following cities: Medina, Najran, Yanbu, Khamis Mushait, Abha, and Taif. Applicants should be based in or have convenient access to one of these specified locations.
