About the Role

Jumpino is seeking a Trampoline Park Supervisor / Team Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for guests. This full-time position is based in Taif, Makkah, and involves leading a team while maintaining operational standards on the park floor.

Role Overview

The Supervisor / Team Leader will play a key role in supporting the team, upholding safety protocols, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. This position requires an individual who can lead by example and maintain smooth park operations during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day park activities during assigned shifts.
Lead and motivate team members on the park floor.
Enforce safety rules and ensure all procedures are followed consistently.
Act as the primary point of contact for guest questions or issues.
Support staff training and the onboarding process for new team members.
Assist with opening and closing procedures for the park.
Monitor cleanliness, conduct equipment checks, and maintain overall park presentation.

Qualifications and Requirements

Previous experience in a team leader or customer-facing role is preferred.
Strong understanding of customer service principles and safety awareness.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Comfortable being active and engaged on the trampoline park floor.
High school diploma or equivalent.
