Quality Assurance & Training Manager
📍 Location: Taif, Saudi Arabia

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the restaurant or food manufacturing industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Training & Development.
- Previous experience managing quality and training across multiple branches or multiple brands is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, quality standards, and training systems.
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor quality and training programs.

Technical Knowledge & Skills:
- HACCP
- GMP – Good Manufacturing Practices
- Food Safety
- SOP Development
- Quality Audits
- Training Programs
- Competency Assessment
- KPI Monitoring
- Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA)
