About the Asset Management Lead Role

Air Products Qudra is seeking an Asset Management Lead to join our team in Dhahran. This full-time role is critical for ensuring stable revenue generation, contractual compliance, and the commercial performance of BHIG’s operating assets. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.

Role Context and Operational Scope

The Asset Management Lead operates at the interface between commercial, operational, and financial functions. This role holds accountability across live plant operations, asset lifecycle activities, and customer contracts. It involves frequent engagement with both internal teams and external stakeholders, playing a key part in account management governance, reporting, and compliance.

Core Responsibilities

The Asset Management Lead is responsible for maximizing asset profitability, ensuring accurate billing and collections, and managing contracts and stakeholder relationships to support future growth. Key areas of focus include:

• Managing the commercial and financial performance of operating assets.
• Leading contract management and commercial advisory activities.
• Supporting operational and engineering teams on commercial matters and cost optimization.
• Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.

Asset Performance and Financial Management

• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to address O&M commercial matters and cost optimization initiatives.
• Support asset lifecycle activities, including upgrades, debottlenecking, and infrastructure projects.
• Verify and align process, metering, and operational data to support accurate billing and reporting.
• Drive initiatives to maximize asset efficiency and productivity.
• Manage commercial and financial performance of operating assets, including revenue assurance and margin enhancement.
• Lead timely billing, collections, and dispute resolution activities.
• Partner with Finance and JV stakeholders on financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Contractual Compliance and Stakeholder Engagement

• Lead contract management and commercial advisory activities.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and governance requirements.
• Prepare and issue formal communications, notices, and claims.
• Interface with Business Development and JV Partners on account management and growth opportunities, including contractual analysis and research.
• Coordinate with all required functions to prepare notices and claims, securing necessary reviews and approvals within company governance.
• Coordinate with utilities, regulators, and authorities on commercial and compliance matters.
• Support audit readiness and regulatory compliance activities.
• Drive process standardization and digitization across commercial workflows.
• Apply lessons learned to improve contract execution and governance.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience. The role demands a strong understanding of commercial, operational, and financial functions within an asset management context, coupled with proven capabilities in contract and stakeholder management.
