About the Opportunity

King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM), located in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dedicated Lecturer in Material Sciences & Engineering. Role and Department Overview

The successful candidate will contribute significantly to the department's academic mission by primarily focusing on laboratory instruction for undergraduate students. This role also involves supporting both undergraduate and graduate lecture courses, ensuring a comprehensive educational experience for students in Materials Science and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively teach undergraduate laboratory courses.
• Instruct students in specific labs including Introduction to Materials Lab, Materials Characterization Lab, Materials Synthesis Lab, and Materials Process & Properties Lab.
• Assist faculty in teaching both undergraduate and graduate level lectures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Applicants must hold an MS Degree from a reputable institution.
• The degree should be in Materials Science & Engineering or a closely related science or engineering field.
• Prior teaching experience is preferred for this role.
