Overview of the Senior Business Improvement Specialist Role

The Senior Business Improvement Specialist at JHAH is responsible for the strategic management and oversight of departmental process transformation and optimization. This full-time role, based in Dhahran, requires a blend of strategic insight and operational expertise to drive improvements that align with the organization's overarching goals. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement complex, department-wide process enhancements.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of comprehensive process improvement strategies.
• Perform detailed data analysis to identify potential areas for innovation and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.

Operational Responsibilities

• Oversee the analysis and redesign of complex multifunctional processes to enhance efficiency and productivity across the department.
• Implement cutting-edge process improvement methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma and Agile, to drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure the successful execution of process improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build process improvement capabilities within the department.
• Analyze existing departmental workflows to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement optimized workflows that reduce waste and improve service delivery.
• Oversee the development and implementation of quality assurance standards and compliance checks across all departmental processes.
• Manage the continuous monitoring and evaluation of process adherence to ensure alignment with established standards.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this position are required to have 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in business improvement, process optimization, or a related field.
